YES! We offer trials to NEW students a two week trial which gives a great opportunity to see how we teach, how we interact with the kids, how they learn and how much they love it.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for siblings and parents enrolled in the class membership simultaneously. All discounts are attached on the final payment screen on the portal.

Example:
2 kids -- 10% discount is applied to second student enrolled

3 kids -- 10% discount is applied to second student enrolled,  5% applied to third student enrolled

4 kids -- 10% discount is applied to second student enrolled,  5% applied to third enrolled, & 5% applied to third enrolled

Do you offer refunds or credit on classes?

Once charges goes through, all sales are final. In the event of an  emergency, injury, or illness, please contact us through e-mail.

How do I stop my enrollment?

To stop or pause enrollment, fill out the withdrawal form below: https://forms.gle/2jGUg6JGMAUbjhJN7You must notify us no later than the 22nd day of each month that you do not wish to be included in the next month of classes.

What if we miss a class?

We  offer one makeup class per month which must be used during the current  month of enrollment. Tokens are auto generated 1 hour after your  scheduled class ends. Make ups cannot be accumulated or carried over to  future months.

If a reschedule is needed,  advance notice must be given before the scheduled make up class. Missed  makeup classes cannot be rescheduled.

All requests must be done via email, in person at the skate counter, through the online Parent Portal, or the iClassPro App.

Make ups are subject to availability in classes.

Which class should my skater start in?

We recommend that everyone goes through our "Intro Class". This class is slow pace and goes over all basic skills to get you on your feet and rolling! This class is specially designed for skaters ages 3-15

How do I redeem my makeup token?

Log into your iClassPro Parent Portal
Click on "Account"
Click on the student you wish to transfer
Click "Makeups"
Select the token you'd like to use by clicking "Redeem Token"
Select the class you'd like to use your makeup token for.
Submit the token

Do we need makeup classes for holidays?

Nope! All holidays are scheduled under "block out" dates and you are not charged for holidays

How do I transfer my students classes?

Log into your iClassPro Parent Portal
Click on "Account"
Click on the student you wish to transfer
Click "Enrollments"
"Transfer Enrollment"
Select the class you'd like to transfer to
Submit the request

All transfer requests take 24-48 hours to approve

Are the skates included in class?

Intro - Level 2 along with our Adult classes all include skate rental free of cost!

Question 11

How long does it take to pass each level?

Accepted Answer

Each level is built off the fundamentals learned in previous levels and  each skater progresses at their own pace. It normally takes 2-3 months to pass a level for ages 5+ and 4-6 months for ages 3-5. Our coaches do evaluations the 3rd week of each month and are submitted via your parent portal (and in some cases via email).

What should I/my skater wear for skating classes? Do we need to buy roller skates for the class?

Accepted Answer

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothes to allow for the skater to move freely. No jeans, skirts or dresses please.

There is no need to buy skates. Rental skates are included with your membership for class.

Socks  are required to use our rental skates. If you/your skater forgot to  wear socks, we have some available for purchase at the skate rental  counter for $2.

What time should I arrive for my/my child’s class?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time in order to  allow time to check-in, use the restroom, get a drink and put on the  skates!

Can my skater practice before/after class?

Once your Skater is done with their class, all Skates must be returned to the Skate Rental Counter.

We do not have practice before or after a class because we have classes back to back.

If  you/your skater would like additional practice, please bring them to  our Open Skate session.

Can we use our own skates for the classes?

Accepted Answer

For safety reasons and to ensure that your equipment is suitable for the skills we teach, we do not allow outside skates in our classes. However, we offer skate rental for free in our levels 1-3 and our adult class. Once your Skater is done with their class, all Skates must be returned to the Skate Rental Counter.

We do not have practice before or after a class because we have classes back to back.

If you/your skater would like additional practice, please bring them to our Open Skate session

I ordered skates, how long will it take to receive them?

All skate orders take 2 weeks - 2 months to arrive depending on the time of year.

Question 17

How long can we use the Artistic Skates for?

Accepted Answer

We order the skate slightly bigger to allow room for growth. Each skate will last 6 - 12 months depending on the growth of the skater. Basic wear and tear on the skate is normal and you should not have to replace anything for at least 6 - 12 months.

Ordering a skate too big can increase the chance of injury to the skater.

Why was I charged more for classes this month?

You are charged based on the amount of classes offered per month. If there is 5 weeks, you are charged for 5 weeks.
